NF Formulas, Inc.:
In 1978, three naturopathic doctors, Bruce Canvasser, Ken Rifkin and Jerry Schlesser, established NF Formulas. The goal was to provide physicians with botanical and nutritional preparations that accurately addressed the needs of their patients and could be readily used in clinical practice. At the time, physician-based formulas were not widely available. NF Formulas became a pioneer in the industry, creating innovative formulations particularly in the areas of immune, digestive, liver and cardiovascular support. PhytoPharmica®:
When Terry Lemerond founded PhytoPharmica in 1981, the mission was simple: "Improve the health of America-one person at a time". This philosophy was incorporated into every aspect of the business, from the field to the lab to the health care practitioner.

Tyler Encapsulations was founded in 1987 by Corey Resnick, ND, and Jack T. Simms.
Dr. Resnick is an internationally recognized authority in the field of clinical nutrition and a contributing author to the Textbook of Natural Medicine. He is a director emeritus of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine and a past member of the board of directors of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. A licensed naturopathic physician since 1978, Dr. Resnick headed up product development and research at Tyler for 13 years.
